Wellness Peptides ("we", "us") operates shop.wellnesspeptides.ca and sells research peptides for laboratory use only, shipped within Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Visitors must confirm they are 19 years of age or older before entering the site. When you confirm, we store only a timestamp in your own browser's local storage so you are not asked again for 30 days. This value never leaves your device and is not linked to your identity. Choosing "Under 19 — Exit" sends you away from the site and stores nothing.

We do not knowingly sell to, or collect information from, anyone under 19.

No account is needed to order. When you check out we collect only what is required to fulfil your order:

• Name and shipping address
• Contact method you choose (email, phone or messaging handle)
• Order contents, totals, order reference and payment method
• Payment proof you submit (e.g. a crypto transaction hash)
• Any delivery notes you add

Your cart is kept in your browser until checkout. We do not use advertising trackers or sell, rent or trade your information.

When you choose to join our email list, we store your email, consent date, and welcome-coupon use. With your consent, your email may be used for sales and new-batch announcements through a dedicated marketing email provider. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@shop.wellnesspeptides.ca. Order updates and stock reminders are separate from the marketing list.

• To send order, payment and tracking updates
• To alert our team of new orders via private email and Telegram channels
• To prevent fraud, duplicate payments and misuse

Crypto orders are paid in USDC or USDT on the Ethereum network. Blockchain transactions are public by nature: the sending wallet, amount and transaction hash are permanently visible on the public ledger and cannot be erased by us or anyone else.

We record the transaction hash you submit and check it against public blockchain data (via Etherscan) to match your payment to your order reference. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase — anyone who does is not us. We do not link your wallet to your identity beyond the order it paid for.

Interac payments are sent by you through your own bank. We receive the sender name, amount and message your bank provides, and use your unique order reference to match the transfer. We never see or store your banking login or card details.

We share information only as needed to operate:

• Canada Post — name and address for delivery
• Our secure hosting, database and email providers

Order records are stored in a secured database. Only authorized staff can view orders, and access is protected by individual logins. We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us at support@shop.wellnesspeptides.ca with your order reference.
